Worked with Kestrel since its inception. I lead Kestrel’s fundraising in partnership with Redsky Capital Solutions.

After serving in the British Army  I joined a London-based hedge fund and alternatives fund manager in 2000. Working in sales and investor relations I helped build the firm from $100 million to $7.5bn in assets under management by 2007, latterly as head of sales.

In 2008, I co-founded Red Sky Capital Solutions, an independent capital raising and advisory firm.
